Well, they didn't score enough points...but I will say this....

Congrats to GB. it was a great game....

But I am VERY proud of the boys...they played their hearts out. But in the end, some unlucky bounces, some sketchy play calling and Defense that could not make the plays when we needed it doomed us. We missed a key Field Goal at the end of the first half and in result, GB gets the 3 points.

People talk about the Bryant catch but the REAL end of our game was when we had a 21-13 lead and forced a fumble on the Kickoff return.  The darn ball went right thru the Cowboys' players hands. We recover that, with the momentum, we probably win. It's 3 points minimum and probably 7. We make that 28-13, we are probably talking about Seattle next week.

Also, it was obvious that after we made it 21-13, the Pack's defense no longer could stop our running game. And yet, after they made it 21-20, we did NOT even try to run the ball the next series, instead Romo got sacked twice and we quickly punted, and GB went down to take the lead for good. Once it was obvious GB had lost their ability to stop our running game, we should have kept at it.

finally, our defense, who had great pressure on Rodgers in he first half, had NO pressure on him in the second half, missing tackle after tackle as the second half went on.

In the off season, The Boys NEED to amp up the Pass rush if we expect to equal the type of season we just had. Lot's of reasons to smile after today, but we lost because we are not quite at the championship level.

I can say this...and it is small a small condolence. The Boys played GB BETTER than any other team did in GB this year.

1. Actually we did win the game, I'm listening to the experts this morning who are all saying Dez caught that ball.

2. As usual you expect the Cowboys to be perfect.

3. You should ask yourself, what was that 3-13 team (your prediction) doing in a playoff game.

4. Seattle will beat the GB team like a bunch of little bioatchs.

All good things come to an end.

If anybody is looking at why we really lost, look no further than Murray's fumble.

Well this is young team mostly, and already they have playoff experience. Cowboys will have a tougher schedule, at least on paper next season.

But they have regained respect in this league once again.

Here's hoping they work some magic getting a defense in the off season.

Hawk, I do not expect them to be perfect,,,but we had them down late in the 4th quarter and could not seal the deal.   But, as stated her by others, hopefully we can improve on our "D". becuase with out that, we will never truy challenge for the SB.

As for DEZ's catch, just like last week's controversy, it does NOT mean Dallas would have won. The TD would have made it 27-26 barring the 2 pt conversion with about 4 minutes to go. PLENTY of time for Rodgers to move down the field against a Defense that had all but given up at that point. So, I make no excuses, it should NEVER have cone to that. We haad an 8 point lead with the third quarter almost gone. We should have salted it away prior to that...That's what Champions do. We are not yet at that level. BUT, with that stated, this team AND Romo served notice. Romo AGAIN threw no INT's and you could see him suffering in pain with his back. In 18 games ( well 17 since he missed one ) he had 38 Td's and 9 Ints...That's outstanding and should shut up his critics for a long time. This loss was NOT on him by any stretch of the imagination.
