Now for the real deal

seems all non-Cowboys fans want to talk about is the non-call of pass interference on Anthony Hitchens while covering Brandon Pettigrew late in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys/Lions playoff game. Fine. We'll talk about it, but we won't talk about it in a vacuum, we'll talk about it in context of the game.

First of all, was it pass interference? Yes, on both players! It's funny how no one, except a few rational individuals, seem to notice that Brandon Pettigrew grabbed Anthony Hitchens' facemask on the play.

As the ball approached at 25-yard line, both Pettigrew and Hitchens initiated contact with each other. Pettigrew put his hands on Hitchens' face mask, which could (and should) have been a penalty for violating Rule 12, Section 2, Article 14 of the NFL rule book. ("No player shall grasp and control, twist, turn push or pull the facemask of an opponent in any direction.")

Zigo it looks like you want so badly to be right. You just want to say, hey see I was right!

You make no effort at all to explain why we will lose, other than GB's home record this year.

Sorry, I don't really call that football analysis.

seriously...do you guys even listen to any posts? I have not explained myself? Really? I want Dallas to lose/ Really Hawk...Is this what you really think?

I talked about the cowboys running game, mentioned about how the O-line seems not as strong...Talked about Rodger's efforts at home. What else do you want?

Ok here goes....

IF THE COWBOYS get a running game going as they did in early to mid season...AND they Defense plays it's best game of the season...they win..35-27

but if they cannot run enough effectively and then it becomes a shootout between Romo and Rodgers...they lose...45-27. This offense if the BEST they have faced this season.

I am concerned that at  times this team seems not ready to play. That happened against the Eagles, Giants and Lions now late in the season. The Philly game got out of hand...They came back in the other 2, but this cannot happen in this game. They cannot start out slow again. Rodgers is not  Stafford.

As I stated again and again...but none of you seem to get it, this team will win with the offensive line and ball control, simple as that. The defense is NOT good enough to win a game for this team. Not even close. So, the strength of this team needs to rise up.

Now, that's more "Synopsis" than any of you birds have provided thus far.

as for wanting to say "I told you so"...please,,,,,I don't live in fantasy Island. Dallas could win, but it's going to take perfection...not the sloppy **** they portrayed last week.

Like I said..."questionable"  But regardless, it was a sub par effort by Dallas. I expected much more in that game...I hope i see better Sunday.

Okay, I know this is not about Green Bay but with all the national media outlets going crazy on this missed call and that missed call I saw this on on Twitter.

A missed holding call on the Reggie Bush touchdown. Then again no one seems interested in anything but calls missed against Dallas.

Hello Captain Obvious, why would we run the ball, oh yeah must be something we've done all season.
OH Yeah, we have not looked good since thanksgiving. Um weren't we the best team in the NFL during the month of Dec.?

Murray' numbers have dropped, I wonder why, maybe it might be that broken finger, ya think?

I remember what you said about Luck, I see you didn't list him with your
other pets this time. Last I checked, Romo has s a higher QB rating than Roger's this year. Sorry I'll take Tony in a shoot out with your boy.

Now the things I said are facts, not just made up things like you said.

Here we go again....I NEVER said they didn't look good after T-day. I SAID if you friggin read,,, that they have not run the ball as well...and that concerns me going forward. As for Luck? He is still playing football as well. And Indy looked a hell of alot better than we did last week.  Dallas amped up the passing after T-day...but that's not going to get it done going forward...not against the pack or seattle.

I guess unless I state that Dallas is going to win 45-10 I must not be a fan..is that the deal ? You guys sound like Patriots fans...and that's a freakin nightmare!

It's called analysis of the team...Anynone can state that their team is going to win just because they like them.  I am trying to approach the game as a fan of the game...not just a fan of one team. If they win, I'll be the first to be happy about it. But if they lose, I  will not be surprised.... and an "I told you so" is not what I plan to do. But  EXCUSES, something I have heard from Patriot fans for years, is ALSO something I will never resort to as well.

Where is your proof Zigo, Murray is unable to straight arm with that broken finger.

Show us the numbers Zigo, its easy for you to just say what you want. 8 in the box Romo throws the ball. I guess for you to consider us a success we have to score 42 a game.

We beat the Lions, who did beat your Peckers this year. But you say the Lions with all their weapons an #2 defense sucked.

By the way, the Peckers haven't won a playoff game at Lambeau in sometime. You might also read up on how often Rogers wins in cold weather.

No excuses haha, after we win you,ll be the first to say Rogers wasn't  100%

Show you the numbers? Look at the Cowboys and Murray's rushes and Ave per gain from first half of the year until now.  I know he is injured, and that is a factor.....Also, Romo has been sacked more in the second half of the year. He was dropped 6 times last week. That's way too much.

Oh, and as for Rodgers, if they lose, NO , as I stated , I will NOT make any excuses.  What's ridiculous here is that I have been talking with Hawk and others of many years, To call me a Packers fan is ridiculous. Sorry, but this team has let me down year after year for how long now? Sorry if I do not trust them enough yet.  They have a bad tackling defense, and a shaky secondary. If they win, I'll be the first to congratulate them and be happy about it. But, I just do not think they have a great chance up there. Now, the weather may be very cold and that may negate the passing game. That may help Dallas...I hope. But either way I am interested in how the O line performs.

Actually if the Cowboys tank Sunday, all of you here taking shots at me will turn around and tell me some crap like " Are you happy now YOUR packers won?"  Which will be a cover up for looking foolish. I do NOT want Green Bay to win...but sorry I feel they have the edge here. Hopefully, Dallas will prove me wrong.

Detroit was not that Great. The Patriots embarrassed them with ease and the Lions did not play well down the stretch barely beating a horrid Chicago team with their back up in near the end of the season.

Ok gentlemen...Since everyone of you seem to think I dislike Dallas, I will say that ESPN had their predictions and it was EXACTLY as I stated. Simply stated, they mentioned how the Cowboys game is contingent on the Boys running the ball.  The weather could be compromised on Sunday and that could help the boys because it tends to slow down games and that will be advantage...Cowboys... I hope. They also mentioned that if the game turns into a Rodgers / Romo shoot out, it's lights out for Dallas...Which I agree with.  So here are my weekend picks.

Patriots  41  Ravens  24.....Flacco is one 0f the more clutch playoff QBs but this game should be as close as most think. This is not the Ray Lewis, Ed Reed Ravens. Baltimore caught a break when Bell went out for Pitt the prior week, making them one dimensional. Flacco will give it his best, but Brady will torch a mediocre Secondary.

Broncos  28  Colts  17 .... Broncos have been winning ugly of late, concentrating on a running game. but hey, there's nothing wrong with that. I say Luck and the boys make it a game but the Broncs at home are simply too much for them.

Seahawks  27  Panthers  3.... Simply cannot stand Carolina...a losing team in the playoffs!  Carolina didn't exactly play great offensively last week. It was Arizona's QB that sucked horrible.  The Panthers made tons of mistakes offensively but Arizona could not capitalize. Seattle will.

Packers  38  Cowboys  27.... Ok...This is a TWO fold prediction. If the Boys cannot control the Running game and are forced to a shootout. then I think GB wins. Rodgers is NOT the QB you want to enter into a gunsling with at Lambeau...  But  IFFF.

Cowboys  31  Packers  24.... The Cowboys CAN establish a running game and shorten the field and keep Aron off it, they will have a GREAT chance to win. There is no way the boys Defense will totally strap Rodgers but the key is ball control.

My dream would be to have Baltimore ( cannot stand NE ) Denver, Carolina and Dallas win. The Boys would then have a home game for the championship. But I am not predicting with my heart, like everyone here does.

Cowboys game is contingent on one thing. Score more points they win.
