Who are you rooting for???

I believe everyone's team is now out of it... so its a fair question.

I am rooting for the Saints... no doubt about it for me.  I don't want to have to listen to the sports media caress Favre all off season, and as a Pats fan, I just can't root for the Jets to win it all.   I am also still peeved about the way the Colts spit in the face of all football fans by not going for the undefeated season (plus I don't like the Colts anyway).   I think the Saints have a bunch of classy players and coaches on that team, and wouldn't mind seeing them hold up the trophy this February... although it will hurt a little to see a classless jerk like Shockey holding it up..

Saints for me also

I really think Favre played hus best game against Dallas, and now he's through.

The Saints win it big

Don't really care for any of the teams that are left. But if I get drunk enough on Super Sunday, I'd root for the Saints. If they don't make it, I won't even bother to watch.

Play that song....as time goes bye

I used to really like Favre, he could get away with crap nobody else would dare to do.

But now I see him for what he really is, or what he has become. This guy is out for personal glory, and thats what its all about. I guess ego is something we all have, and have to deal with  in our own fashion. But I put Favre, right there with T.O. and another 100 other guys with the ME< ME ME attitude.

Now I don't know for sure if Favre called that TD play agaist Dallas at the end of the game or not. But who cares, he still did it, and in my book , shows he has become a classless guy with no respect for other teams or players, just the Me Me Me **** going on.

SO I HOPE THE SAINTS SHOVE A FOOTBALL UP HIS ***!!!!!

As for the Superbowl, won't bother me at all to see the Saints get it.

That game is over,I 'm not farve (spelled correctly)fan never have been,NS,I saw that in him a long time ago. But the better team in the game was the vikes,I mean 5-6,turnovers,and they still took the team going to the SB,into O.T..
Then again ,I guess good teams don't turn the ball over six times or so.I still think the vikes were a better team and I think the Cowboys learned how important it is to have home field.
The up coming game not the pro-bowl ,the superbowl I'm going with the Colts ,I just don't see them turning the ball over and I do see them beating the saints ---about the same way we did.

The Vikes buried themselves with the turnovers, but give credit where it is due... the Saints forced those turnovers.    The Saints have had bigger challenges on their path to the Superbowl than the Colts have...  I see these two teams as near equal in talent.  The Saints have some injuries on defense, but now, so don't the Colts.  The offenses are both very good.  So far the Colts have not ever lost a Superbowl, so everyone is picking them.    Of course lots of people were saying the same thing when the Pats went up against the Giants a few years ago.

I could never root for the Colts even if I try... especially not after they whimped out of an opportunity to make NFL history.   It doesn't matter that I kind of agree that the Colts will probably win this.  I'm rooting for the Saints.  At least they didn't whimp out of making history... they just met up with a team that was better than them that day.

Go Saints!!

Thye Best Team doesn't always win-----Thats why they play the game.

Now lets be honest, neither team is a Super Team, they both have defenses that suck. But Manning has won before with a crappy defense.

If Reggie Bush has a good SB-Day then the Saints will win. Look for a lot of back and forth scoring. Nobody will stop the pass. But if bush can do something on special teams, or have  some good runs, then that will be the difference in the game.

Farve says he's to banged up to play in the Pro-Bowl. So just how effective would he have been in the Super Bowl? The guy has turned into a crybaby, wah wah wah, I'm tired of seeing him.

I hope the Saints win, for a number of reasons. Plus I'm tired of hearing how Manning is the best of all time. Who ever started that rumor is an *****!

I think the Colts defense is very underrated.  It is actually pretty good... especially so when it is important.   And Peyton has not won a Superbowl when he doesn't have a good defense.  That is why they went out and got a good defense.  When they won in '06, that had everything to do with how hot the defense had become... except the AFC Championship against the Pats, which was obviously an offensive battle.

The Saints don't have all that good a defense, but they have been pretty good at forcing turnovers.  I think they are going to need to do that in order to beat the Colts... and Peyton has gotten very good at avoiding that.
