Brian Waters weight room

Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee joined Ben & Skin on KRLD-FM. Here are some highlights.

Have you seen Brian Waters lift weights?

Sean Lee: No I have not, but I've heard a lot of rumors going around. Apparently, when he first got in the weight room, one of our coaches asked him, 'well, what do you want to put on the bar?' He said 315. He's like, 'Oh, you want to go to 315?' He said, 'No I want to warm up with 315.' I think he worked up into the low 400s and casually hit five or six reps, racked it and walked away.

He just casually pumped it out, no big deal, set it up, walked out. Everybody was just kind of in awe. But that's why he's been a great player, why he's been around so long ... because of how strong he is.

I hope he plays this week and opens some holes for our guys to run through.

Still shaking my head waiting to see why it took so long...

Then I read an article that says the delay was all Waters..He didn't want to do 'Training Camp."

Strong and smart

I do have a good feeling about this guy, I think he's going to really help this O-Line.

Frederick will have his hands full with Poe, it will be good to have Waters next to him. I don't think Berny was able to show or help Frederick with anything.

Bill Kuharich was a pro personnel executive in Kansas City from 2000 to 2009: Doesn't think Waters has it in him anymore to be a pro-bowl type of player. He feels the years have caught up with waters. So now it remains to be seen, and we'll see it Sun.

Stephen Jones said" Waters will play a significant amount of time on Sun ".

I heard in a live interview today he can lift 650lbs, he's a strong man. I hope he still has a lot of gas in his tank.
