I, for one, think he got more votes because of his recent exposure... but that is just my opinion. Interesting that Golf is not even really a sport, and they would consider him the top athlete.  Heck at least Armstrong had to put some effort into winning the Tour de France...  rather than hitting a ball, mozying along after it, and hitting it again until you get it into some stupid hole!   Dum de dum.  I mean, when the darn ball goes into the water, they don't even make the player swim after it to get it!  Geesh!

By the way, in case you didn't read through it all,  Tom Brady made it to #5...  ; )

I guess a person would have to be a golfer to even begin to understand "What the **** were they thinking?"

This had to be voted on by a bunch of fat asses who's only recreation is golfing.

I remember when they first started this type of voting, not sure I think sometime in the 70s. They voted on the best athelete of the first 50 years of the century. Guys like

Weismuller---never beaten in a swimming race

Marciano----Undefeated

Ruth--------The Legend

The list goes on and on, and of course Jim Thorpe won it.

Then they voted in 2000 for the next 50 years---giving it to Michael Jordon, sorry not my choice.

Now they have atelete of the year, and this new one of 10 years. Its nothing but more media bullshit. Woods gets my vote for next guy to star on Cheaters.

My Sister asked me "what do you think of Woods cheating with 16 women" I said "Hell he's a golfer, he shouldn't have stoped til he had 18 holes".

Lance and Phelps, now that would have been a tough decision, Woods---it just shows the award has no credibility. Now who's going to accept for him, maybe Michael Jordon, we all know he never cheated lmao

Okay golfing, a guy who plays with his balls, worries about his shaft, and shaft head. Goes around with 3-somes-and-4-somes, and is always trying to put it in the hole.

Wonders how many strokes will it take, and I have to wash my balls again. Is this a sport, well anyway Tiger has taken it to another level lol.

Funny as hiel EK  cheers  cheers ..... Now cheat-ah has to clean his balls all by himself. I guess putting in the hole was more important than his children. Elin will now be set for life. In a matter of three three years she went from being a nanny to a million-aire.  cheers  cheers

Now she has a Tiger by the tail ....... LOL cheers  cheers

GOOD DAY     cheers  cheers

On a global front my vote would be for Lance Armstrong. He has made more of an impact on a global stand point than cheers  CHEAT-AH  cheers  cheers as well he is doing and moving mountains with his charity work and Cancer Fund and Foundation.

Just my opinion tho.

Good Day.
